Sasa Milosevic (pronounced Sasha Miloshevich) has spent over three decades in the international business arena.
Sasa’s expertise in deal-making, strategic planning, and business development has been honed over a twenty-plus year career as a Principal at International Business Investments, Inc. He has a track record of identifying and closing deals with lab owners and investors around the world, including 14 years working throughout Europe.
His ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and build strong relationships with key stakeholders has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor and dealmaker, helping him close hundreds of transactions in the medical and laboratory industry.
Apart from his extensive experience in the lab industry, Sasa has also held senior leadership roles in a variety of other sectors, including telecommunications and e-business. His diverse background and strategic vision make him an invaluable member of the Demeter Capital Partners team, as he continues to leverage his expertise in identifying and executing growth opportunities for the firm.
Sasa holds a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Belgrade and a business education from GSBA in Zurich. He is fluent in English, German, and Serbo-Croatian and is a passionate rower.

Jesse Sestito, M&A Consultant
Jesse is the owner of several laboratories worldwide and Managing Partner of Demeter Capital Partners. Prior to founding the firm, he co-founded and built Genegle Biotechnology, one of China’s largest forensic and clinical laboratories. Jesse’s exceptional relationship management skills, team-building abilities, and strong operational expertise have been widely recognized by his peers.
Since 2006, he has held various leadership roles at Genegle, including COO, Assistant General Manager, and Director of Human Resources. As Director of International Business Development, he led the team that built the first and only AABB-accredited lab in China, expanding its reach to over 30 countries.
Jesse’s extensive experience in the industry, combined with his focus on operationally driven value creation, makes him a vital asset to the fund. He brings deep insights and expertise that drive sustainable growth for our portfolio companies.
Jesse holds a BSBA in Accounting from The Ohio State University and three master’s degrees: a Master of Accounting (also from OSU), and an MBA and M.S. in Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati.
A licensed CPA, he began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Systems & Process Assurance, building the foundation for his operational and financial leadership. Jesse also serves as a committee member for AABB’s RT Accreditation Committee.
